Welcome to the Tucher room,
the restaurant in the heart of Magdeburg!
The restaurateurs, the Jacob couple, have been pampering their guests with excellent, traditional German cuisine for 20 years.Here we cook according to our own recipes. Fresh seasonal ingredients, which primarily come from the region, are always put in pots and pans.For lovers of German cuisine, the menu reads like a culinary travel guide that has lost its heart to Franconian cuisine.
The original Nuremberg sausages, the pork shovel, the pork knuckle and the cooked fattened ox are among the specialties of the restaurant.These dishes are always worth a sin for the guests. The homemade potato dumplings should of course not be missing. The local specialties
represent a rich, seasonally changing range of dishes. These include specially prepared schnitzel dishes, herring specialties, such as fried onesMatjes, a rich asparagus menu, as well as chanterelle dishes and from 11.11. traditionally the kale season and our popular St. Martin's goose.
A freshly tapped, cool Tucher-Pils, Urfänkisch-Dunkel, a Zirndorfer cellar beer or one of the excellent wines from the first-class range always goes well with this. The Tucher room always offers a little surprise,whether a surprise drink, one of about 23 different fruit schnapps or a "tractor oil", the herb liqueur in the Tucher Stube! Welcome to the Tucher Stube restaurant and spend a cozy evening with friends or family in an atmospheric ambience.
